At Diageo, I spent a summer focusing on how to reposition and relaunch their premium gin, Tanqueray 10.
I took the lead on Tanqueray No. 10's growth strategy, diving deep into what makes this premium gin special and who's drinking it. After getting to know our core customers and spotting untapped markets, I crafted a plan that showed how we could grow the brand five times over in five years. My approach combined sharp positioning with practical rollout tactics that got the whole team excited about the brand's potential.
